When I stepped out onto the balcony, I had a feeling that I could hear the sound of the waves. The property is located in Isshiki, Hayama Town. It is a great location, with the highlights of Hayama, such as the Hayama Imperial Villa, Isshiki Beach, the Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Modern Art, Hayama, and Hayama Shiosai Park, all within walking distance. The building is a three-story building with a cute, round shape. It was built 45 years ago, but the exterior is beautifully painted, and I feel that it has been carefully maintained. There was a wooden bench built into the space under the shared staircase. It would be a great place to take a break before climbing the stairs, and it would help communicate with neighbors. It's a small thing, but this kind of thoughtfulness is wonderful. Now, the lot we are looking for is a corner room on the second floor that was just renovated in December 2023. When I checked the feel of the flooring, it was smooth and smooth, with no uneven areas.
