Why does it not show if the house has a money's owed or legal issue I would like to purchase house with big enough garden to grow vegetables, few animals And to now how much it's really going to cost? So much question is if I buy a 10,000 doĺlar how how much will it really cost ? After legal fees, agent fees,Government fees and any other fees ?

Hi just want to purchase a property which needs some work But the roof does not leak water system works and is liveable as such If I have 10,000 dollars that is all I have What else would I have to pay ie agents cost ,goverment taxes,legal expenses
