The house was built in 1954, but even after my grandmother passed away and it became vacant, it was repeatedly renovated several times a year as a place for the family to gather and many people stayed there. With the Reiwa era, my father has gotten older and it is no longer well maintained, so the family no longer uses it and we have decided to sell it. This is a relisted property. A buyer was found and the sale procedures were underway, but the buyer canceled the sale midway due to his circumstances. The buyer had planned to renovate the house and had cleaned it up, so most of the things that were in the house have been disposed of and organized. I got an old house by chance. It's surrounded by fields and is in a very peaceful environment. It's a building that's over 100 years old, but it's been renovated in places and is very solidly built overall. The neighbors are vacant, so there's no problem if it gets noisy. I think it's just right for a guest house, woodworking factory, ironworks, etc. I think it can also be used as a vacation home. It's currently occupied, but the handover will take about 1-2 weeks. It's rich in nature, so noise is not a problem at all. The local people are very nice. It's located away from the town (about 20 minutes by car), so it may be inconvenient for those who go shopping every day. It's not well water, but there is a place nearby where mountain water comes out. I would like to sell the 339m2 field as well. It's not a landslide warning area. We also have city internet, which is helpful. The toilet is a pumping toilet, so if you're concerned about it, you may need to renovate it. It seems that the city will provide a subsidy for installing a septic tank. There is also a toilet outside, which is a simple flush toilet. One room has a wood stove. I thi縁あって古民家を手に入れました。周りは田畑ばかりでとてものどかな環境です。築100年以上の建物ですが、所々リフォームしており、全体的にとてもしっかりとした造りです。すぐ近所は空き家になっているので、騒がしくなっても全く問題はありません。ゲストハウス、木の工場、鉄工所など事業をするのにちょうど良いと思います。別荘にも使えると思います。現在居住中ですが、引き渡しは1~2週間ほどで出来ます。自然豊かで、音が出ても全く問題になりません。地域の方もとても良い方々です。町から離れているところにあるため(車で20分程)、毎日買い物に行く方にとっては不便かもしれません。井戸水ではありませんが、近くに山水が出ている所があります。339㎡の畑も一緒にお売りしたいと考えています。土砂災害警戒区域ではありません。また、市のインターネットがありますので助かっています。トイレは汲み取りになるので、気になる方はリフォームが必要になるかもしれません。浄化槽を設置するには市からの補助金が出るようです。外にもトイレがあり、そちらは簡易水洗になっています。1部屋には薪ストーブを設置しています。薪ストーブはぜひそのままお使いください。都会を離れて田舎でスローライフを楽しみたい方にはピッタリの物件だと思います。価格は相談に応じますし、「ここをこうしてほしい」などリフォームの相談にものります。詳しい住所については、実際に下見に来られる方にのみお知らせいたします。
