Hi I'm a keen skier a retired builder/ carpenter.

I've skied at Hukaba and Niseko and of course loved it.

I was considering buying either a akyia house or a cheaper house to fix up and use with my family and friends for extended ski holidays.

I wouldn't be in the country for more than 3 to 4 months a year.

Is this a sound idea
