The Muramatsu area of Aoki Village has great views and convenient living. This property is located about 400m north of National Route 143, which runs through the center of Aoki Village, near Muramatsu Shrine. The surrounding area is a peaceful landscape of fields and houses scattered around. The farmland is about 410m2 in size, slightly lower than the road and stretches from east to west, and is sunny. It is convenient that it is possible to connect to the public water supply and public sewerage system (fees apply). It is within walking distance of convenience stores, roadside stations, and the village office, and the great views of Mt. Ogami to the south make it a good idea to convert the farmland into residential land and consider living there.

Located about 1km northeast from the village center, it is convenient for shopping and transportation, and can also be accessed by bicycle. The bright southern tiered land overlooks Mt. Fukami in front and Mt. Kodanrei to the north. The access road is wide enough for two cars to pass each other, but wide enough for one car to pass. The construction of the water and sewerage lines has been completed, and the buyer will be responsible for the beneficiary's share, water subscription fee, and construction costs, totaling approximately 1.2 million yen. The land is large enough to provide space for a vegetable garden, making it a recommended location for settling down, but it would also be good to build a compact vacation home for weekend use.

Kita Shirakaba Kogen "Fureai no Sato" is located in the Daimon Takayama area of Nagano Town, where the Blanche Takayama Ski Resort and large-scale ruins remain as the source of obsidian, and is a mountain ridge area at an altitude of 1,300m. The Forestry Agency (Chubu Forest Management Office) implemented the development project with the aim of having people build houses in the national forest, participate in forest creation, and enjoy living in the forest while actively interacting with the rich nature. The property is a European-style building located in a quiet corner where deciduous trees such as birch and larch grow. The open-ceiling living room has a wood stove, creating a stylish space. The interior is generally in good condition. The sunlight filtering through the trees is comfortable and the room is just the right amount of sunlight. It seems like a good place to invite friends over for a vacation.

With magnificent views of Mt. Asama and the Northern Alps, the Mimakihara Plateau is a popular place for many Furusato members to settle and use as a vacation home. The main land, about 330m², slopes gently to the east and is covered with a mixed forest of chestnut and sawtooth oak trees. There is one vacation home on the east side, but it is about 70m away from the village, so it is at a comfortable distance. There is little traffic, so you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a good place to build a house on the hill, but it would also be nice to use it as a private campsite or a place to make firewood. The construction work to connect the public water supply is included in the price, and the beneficiary fee is 80,000 yen (excluding tax).

It is about 400m south of the Aoki Roadside Station. It is an area of rice fields where you can enjoy the typical Aoki scenery of Mt. Asama, Mt. Kodanrei, and Mt. Fukami. The land is classified as rice paddy, but is currently used as a field. If the building is built close to the site, it seems that there would be space for a parking lot as well as a vegetable garden. The site has water and sewage lines, and the construction costs are about 1 million yen. It is about 4km to Tazawa Onsen, where the legend of Kintaro remains, and you can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content. The east side is stepped and has a vinyl greenhouse with flowers. The noise from the metal processing factory on the south side is not too bothersome.「道の駅あおき」から南へ400m程。

Known as the birthplace of the Sanada clan, Sanada-cho developed as a castle town until Sanada Masayuki moved to Ueda Castle, with castles related to the clan established in various places in the late Muromachi period. This property is located about 1 km from the ruins of the Sanada clan's main castle. The 760m2 lot has a warehouse and storage shed next to it that can store a lot of farm equipment, and about half of the site is farmland. The property is on a slightly elevated area, so there is little obstruction to the view, and it gets plenty of sunlight and has good views. Inside the building, there are handrails at the entrance and in the corridors, which are perfect for retirement. The plumbing has also been carefully maintained, so it looks like you could live there without any major repairs. This is a recommended property where you can enjoy a leisurely country life in a peaceful environment.

National Route 241 runs west from the center of Teshikaga Town, and is the "Akan Crossing Road" that runs straight to Lake Akan, with large fields and pastures along the road. From the road, you can see Mount Oakan, Mount Mashu, and Mount Mirao in the distance. The property is a former dairy farmer's land with a unique topography that borders the national highway. There is an old house in the center of the front of the property, but since electricity and water are not connected, it would be good to demolish it and develop a new area. The site is covered with Japanese bamboo grass and is a forest of birch and cherry trees, so if it is cut down appropriately, it will become a good land with open spaces on all sides. Snow fences can be seen along the west side of the road. It is about a 6-minute drive to Mashu Onsen, a roadside station that serves as a base for campers and riders, and about 40 minutes to the shores of Lake Akan.

The property is located in a rural area about 2.4km southeast of Mashu Station. The Nita River flows through the area, and the national highway and the Senmo Main Line run parallel to it, making it the gateway to the town leading to Shibecha. National Route 391, which crosses the city, is commonly known as the Pilot National Route. If you go east, it becomes National Route 243, which leads to Nakashibetsu and Betsukai, and National Route 391, which runs south to Shibecha. The property is a subdivision with hot spring rights and spreads out on the south side of the national route, with about 20 plots. There are several new buildings for permanent residence, and trailer houses and log houses would be suitable as a base for canoeing and fishing at Lake Mashu and Lake Kussharo. The area ranges from 117 tsubo to 230 tsubo, and it is adjacent to a 6m paved town road. The lack of management fees is an attractive feature, and the hot spring is 12,000 yen per month. If you want more space, you can also discuss purchasing multiple plots together with the neighboring plots.

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.
Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
