The 6-tatami room to the right of the entrance also feels spacious with a drawer. The bathroom seems to be usable as is without any problems.黒の漆喰塗りがカッコいい、つし2階の古民家。広々とした玄関は、天井が格子天井になっており、格式高い住宅であることがうかがえます。母屋は田の字型の4部屋と、それとは別に1部屋があり、プラスキッチンダイニング。離れは水回りと和室2つ12畳の洋室があります。田の字の4部屋は、襖を全部外すと24畳の大空間。自宅で冠婚葬祭を行っていた名残ですね。装飾された欄間もかっこよい。キッチンダイニングも広々。キッチンには跳ね上げ梯子があり、屋根裏に行くこともできます。玄関右わきの6畳間も、字袋があって広く感じます。水回りも特に問題なくそのまま使えそう。

There is a small front yard overlooking the river, and it seems like you could even start a small vegetable patch here.車を停めて、坂をのぼった先にあるおうち。東に位置する山に遮られて朝日は入りにくいですが、日中から夕方にかけての日差しは良好そうな立地に建っています。建築年は不詳で、確認できる資料の限りでは明治元年となっており、「古くから建っている」という事は確かで、年季が入っていますが、趣ある雰囲気のある外観です。川を見下ろす小さな前庭があり、ちょっとした家庭菜園もここでできそうですね。
