There is a small front yard overlooking the river, and it seems like you could even start a small vegetable patch here.車を停めて、坂をのぼった先にあるおうち。東に位置する山に遮られて朝日は入りにくいですが、日中から夕方にかけての日差しは良好そうな立地に建っています。建築年は不詳で、確認できる資料の限りでは明治元年となっており、「古くから建っている」という事は確かで、年季が入っていますが、趣ある雰囲気のある外観です。川を見下ろす小さな前庭があり、ちょっとした家庭菜園もここでできそうですね。
