There is a large persimmon tree at the entrance to the property, and the house seems to sway in the sunlight filtering through the trees. It is a one-story house that is very popular in the old folk house area. It is just the right size for a family of 3-4 people, and has a garden and a storeroom, so I think there is potential for a variety of activities. For some reason, there are hardly any one-story wooden properties. With a size like this, maintenance is easy and you can easily do DIY. Another recommended point is that the neighbors are a little far away. You can probably make a little noise, right? Please come and check it out!

This old house has an impressively spacious garden. There is a pond in the garden with water from the valley. If you add a Shishiodoshi or something, you can probably get that "kapon" sound. The building is a typical farmhouse. It's spacious, so I'd recommend it for people with large families. It's far from a major road, so it's very quiet, and you can hear the birds when you open the window. This is a property I'd definitely recommend to people who can appreciate the value of that kind of silence.

This building is a combination store and residence, typical of the countryside. There was probably a road here in the past, and people probably lived there and ran small businesses.
The dirt floor area is spacious and has been turned into a store, so you can "do anything" here. You can make things, display things, and if you put in the effort to renovate it, you could even turn it into an old-style house cafe? Maybe?
There's also a large steel-framed warehouse in the back, so you could probably do all sorts of woodworking and metalworking!
Of course, it's also a great place to live normally and raise children, as it's quiet and in a nice natural environment, so it's recommended.
If you're thinking of escaping the city, how about this place?

The house was built in 1954, but even after my grandmother passed away and it became vacant, it was repeatedly renovated several times a year as a place for the family to gather and many people stayed there. With the Reiwa era, my father has gotten older and it is no longer well maintained, so the family no longer uses it and we have decided to sell it. This is a relisted property. A buyer was found and the sale procedures were underway, but the buyer canceled the sale midway due to his circumstances. The buyer had planned to renovate the house and had cleaned it up, so most of the things that were in the house have been disposed of and organized. It is also possible to sell only the land, house, and fields, excluding the rice fields. The rice fields and fields are adjacent to the land.

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.
Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
